Oil Painting Commission Form

I am currently accepting commissions ranging from 3 × 3 to 11 × 14 inches. I specialize in paintings of floral arrangements, landscape scenery (especially mountains and coastal scenes), and houses. Listed prices include one primary subject and a simple background. Additional subjects, detailed backgrounds, framing, rush orders, shipping, and applicable taxes may increase the final price.

After reviewing your reference photos and commission details, I will provide a final quote before any payment is required. A 50% deposit reserves your commission and begins the painting process.
